Fied of application:It is suitable for purification of inert gases, such as nitrogen,hydrogen,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide and methane containing no more than 3% oxygen. The air contains a little hydrogen(<=2000ppm) after purifying. If the user requires thes the rate of hydrigen flow,it can be controlled on more than 500ppm.
