Brief introduction

This plant consists of self-cleaning air filter, centrifugal air compressor, nitrogen-water pre-Cooling system, molecular sieve double layer purifier, boostering expander turbine and regulation packed fractionation column. It can simultaneously make oxygen, nitrogen (or high pure nitrogen),high pure argon. It is set of air separation plant of new generation with full low pressure, advanced technical and economic index, and stable performance.

Feature of this product

1. It adopts up-to-date air separation technics flow and reasonable equipment schemes, having the virtues as low working pressure, simple operartion, less maintenance fee and good discontinu -ous running performance.

2. It adopts the nitrogen-water precooling system with back cooler and regulated packing, needing much less water in the system.It equips inter-lock device to avoid water into purifier.

3.It adopts the full rectification argon making technics, with high rate of argon drawing.

4.The cold box is designed in fission structure, with about 35 meters height, can be transported in whole set, enormously reducing the job and period of installation in site.

5. It adopts DCS controlling system, and measurement, control, regulation, alarming and inter-lock will be carried out in the central controlling room. It will also be installed in PLC controlling system of Siemens according to users requirement
